Emerging Companies & Growth Associate, New York · Vault Top 5 Firm

A Vault Top 5 firm is hiring an emerging companies and growth associate in New York with three to five years of experience. The group advises startups and their investors through the company lifecycle. Associates coming from a capital markets background who want to move into emerging companies work will be considered.

The work:

• Company-side and investor-side venture financings across funding stages
• Formation, equity, and governance work for growth-stage companies
• Convertible notes, SAFEs, and preferred stock rounds
• Supporting portfolio companies through to later rounds or exit

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of corporate experience, in emerging companies or capital markets
• New York admission or eligibility to register
• Appetite for venture and growth-stage work, including from those retooling out of a securities practice
