A Vault Top 5 firm is hiring a mid-level associate for its Boston emerging companies and growth practice. The group advises high-growth companies and their investors from formation through later financings. The client base includes technology and life sciences companies building in the region.

The work:

• Advise founders and management on formation, equity, and governance
• Run venture and growth financing rounds from term sheet to closing
• Handle day-to-day corporate and commercial matters for portfolio companies
• Support later-stage transactions, including growth equity rounds and exits
• Work with company and investor clients directly as a main point of contact

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of emerging companies or venture financing experience
• Ability to run financings and advise clients with limited oversight
• Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility to qualify
