A top-tier global firm's Boston office is seeking a corporate associate (3-6 years) in its emerging companies and growth practice. You'll advise emerging companies and their institutional investors on company formation, venture capital rounds, growth financings, and strategic exit events including IPOs and secondary sales. The practice advises on hundreds of financings annually across technology, life sciences, and adjacent innovation sectors. Work spans from early-stage company formation and strategic guidance through complex multi-stage transactions. You'll work within the firm's integrated global platform while leveraging relationships with leading venture capital and growth equity firms. Strong corporate and transactional experience expected. Base salary $225,000.
