A leading technology firm seeks a junior associate for its emerging companies practice, representing startups and growth-stage companies through formation, financing, and acquisition. The team also works with venture funds and investors.

The work:

• Advise early and growth-stage companies on formation and financing
• Counsel venture and private equity funds on investments
• Structure and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation
• Handle corporate governance and compliance
• Work with companies from seed stage through exit

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of law firm experience in corporate or emerging companies practice
• Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and transaction documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Quantitative and Excel skills preferred
• Strong academic background
• Ability to manage client relationships in a collegial environment

Compensation: $235,000-$260,000 annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
