The work:

• Advising startups and emerging companies on venture capital fundraising across seed, Series A/B/C, and later rounds
• Structuring equity financings, preparing investment agreements, and managing financing lifecycle matters
• Handling corporate formation and restructuring for emerging companies
• Advising investors and portfolio companies on acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Supporting companies through exit events, including public offerings
• Serving clients across technology, life sciences, and consumer industries

What they're looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate practice with substantial emerging companies or venture capital work
• Hands-on experience managing venture financings using standard market documentation
• Demonstrated understanding of acquisition transactions affecting startups and investors
• Strong business sense and ability to manage complex client relationships
• Proactive approach with solid problem-solving skills
• Bar admission or eligibility
