EDiscovery Associate, Chicago · Vault Top 10 Firm

A Vault top 10 litigation firm seeks an associate with four to six years of commercial litigation experience to develop expertise in eDiscovery and information governance. You'll handle substantive litigation across complex commercial disputes, products liability cases, and antitrust investigations, with growing responsibility in eDiscovery protocols.

The work:

• Prepare and review legal memoranda, motions, and other filings; manage litigation discovery processes
• Handle depositions and other discovery procedures
• Develop and manage eDiscovery protocols including preservation, collection, document review, and production
• Coordinate with case teams, clients, and vendors on litigation strategy
• Support complex litigation matters with senior attorneys; engage directly with clients

• Four to six years of litigation experience with demonstrated research and writing skills
• Sound judgment in litigation strategy and strong project management abilities
• Interest in developing specialized knowledge of eDiscovery and information governance
