Join a global law firm's infrastructure and technology team to work on complex cloud and data center transactions. The practice represents major infrastructure operators, service providers, and investors on high-value deals spanning multiple continents and jurisdictions.

The work:

• Support infrastructure asset acquisitions, facility development, and related transactions
• Prepare and negotiate transaction documentation: purchase agreements, facility leases, development agreements, and operating arrangements
• Handle loan documentation and joint venture structures for infrastructure projects
• Advise on international infrastructure and submarine cable transactions
• Support clients across multiple jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of infrastructure, technology, or real estate transaction experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage substantial client matters and competing demands
• Admitted or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• Solid academic credentials
