The work:

• Handle complex transactions including client relationships, drafting, and negotiations
• Advise on technology, telecommunications, privacy, and cybersecurity issues
• Work with nationally recognized Partners on transactional matters
• Collaborate with a collegiate, flexible team

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience with Australian admission preferred
• Strong commercial judgment in technology, telecommunications, privacy, or cyber law
• Ability to work independently and manage transactional workloads
• Interest in technology-focused legal practice
