Join a Magic Circle firm's debt finance practice advising on acquisition financings, refinancings, and complex debt arrangements. The role covers leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, hybrid capital, fund finance, and syndicated facilities. You'll handle both lender and borrower mandates on domestic and cross-border transactions, often involving complex asset and infrastructure portfolios.

The work:

• Advise financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, and direct lenders on debt financing transactions
• Structure acquisition financings, refinancings, and liability management arrangements
• Handle domestic and cross-border transactions with complex asset and infrastructure portfolios
• Provide counsel on leveraged finance, private credit, and fund finance

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of debt finance experience at a peer law firm
• JD from an accredited US law school
• Admitted to or able to waive into New York Bar
• Prior sponsor-side transaction experience
• Washington DC bar admission required
