Debt Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 10 Firm

A top-tier law firm's market-leading debt finance practice is seeking associates for its offices in Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. The firm is recognized for its prominent position advising borrowers on debt capital markets transactions and serves a substantial private equity client base.

The work:

• Structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions
• Senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions
• Acquisition and leveraged finance matters
• Loan workouts for borrowers and lenders
• Advising private equity funds and corporate borrowers on complex capital markets transactions

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in debt finance, structured lending, or related finance transactions
• Background in leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions preferred
• Proficiency in transaction documentation, structuring, and negotiation
• Ability to deliver strategic market insight and creative solutions

Compensation range: $235,000 to $390,000.
