Join the Corporate Finance and Lending team as a Debt Finance Associate, working on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and complex corporate structures. You'll represent sponsors, portfolio companies, and lenders on high-value transactions across the firm's national platform, with direct exposure to sophisticated deal work. The practice handles debt finance transactions across multiple asset classes and industry sectors.

The work:

• Negotiate, structure, and document complex debt financing transactions
• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and lenders
• Handle leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on sophisticated corporate finance matters
• Manage transaction documentation and deal coordination

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of substantive debt finance experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed in Florida, Georgia, or New York, or ability to obtain admission
• Ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision
• Interest in high-touch client work and deal complexity
