Debt Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Am Law 50 Firm

Am Law 50 Firm debt finance practice. Seeking associates with 3-5 years of finance experience for positions in New York, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston, or Chicago. The practice advises investment funds, companies, and financial institutions on capital deployment and debt restructuring across industries and asset classes.

The work:

• Advise private credit investors on structuring direct lending and novel credit investments
• Finance stressed and distressed company restructurings, growth capital transactions, and technology company funding
• Work with private equity sponsors on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, senior secured lending, and high-yield debt
• Handle bridge financings, asset-based facilities, and general corporate finance matters
• Support both debtor and creditor positions in debt restructuring transactions

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of finance experience at a law firm
• Strong academic background and comparable law firm experience required
• Bar admission in good standing in relevant jurisdiction
• Willingness to work in person at one of the six office locations
