Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Attorney, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 10 Technology Firm

A Vault Top 10 technology firm seeks a cybersecurity and data privacy attorney with 4-7 years of experience. You'll work with emerging companies, public companies, technology leaders, financial institutions, life sciences companies, and media organizations on their toughest privacy and cybersecurity challenges.

The work:

• Counsel clients on CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, and other privacy law compliance
• Handle privacy and cybersecurity aspects of corporate and technology transactions
• Lead data processing agreements and privacy schedules in commercial deals
• Advise on incident preparedness and response strategies
• Support state and federal investigations and litigation

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years advising on cyber/data/privacy compliance in private practice or in-house
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Compensation: $310,000-$420,000 depending on location and experience
