A firm known for its cross-border reach is hiring an M&A associate in Singapore. The role covers private and cross-border M&A across Asia, acting for regional and international clients. At least five years' post-qualification experience is required.

The work:

• Run private M&A and cross-border acquisitions across the region
• Draft sale and purchase agreements, shareholder arrangements, and ancillary documents
• Manage due diligence and coordinate workstreams across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise clients on deal structure and execution from signing to completion
• Supervise junior associates on transaction teams

• At least five years' post-qualification M&A experience
• A track record on cross-border deals
