Corporate Trust Associate, New York · Global Finance Powerhouse

Global finance firm seeks mid-level corporate trust associate for New York office to expand its capital markets lending practice. You'll advise financial institutions acting as trustees, agents, and custodians on major capital markets transactions.

The work:

• Prepare and review documentation for capital markets transactions including corporate debt offerings, project finance, and structured products
• Handle secured lending and asset-backed arrangement agreements
• Support corporate clients with trustee relationships and agency appointments
• Manage regulatory compliance for trust and custody positions
• Work with banking institutions and investment firms

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate trust, secured lending, or capital markets experience
• Strong transaction drafting and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Solid understanding of secured lending and capital markets structures
• Juris Doctor and bar admission required
