Corporate Senior Associate, Boston/New York, Vault Top 10 Firm

The work:

• Advise public companies on capital markets offerings and disclosure obligations
• Lead and manage M&A transactions, auctions, and separation deals
• Counsel companies on formation, financing rounds, and governance matters
• Oversee junior associate involvement on complex multi-party transactions
• Train and mentor junior lawyers on transaction execution and deal skills

What they're looking for:

• 4-5 years post-JD corporate law experience
• Solid track record on M&A and capital markets deals
• Public company representation and securities law background
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead junior team members
• Licensed in Massachusetts or New York
