AmLaw 100 firm's corporate practice seeks entry-level attorneys for its Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Seattle offices. You'll work on corporate and real estate transactions upon joining the firm after law school and bar admission.

The work:

• Support corporate transactions across sectors
• Advise on real estate acquisition, development, and financing matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare transaction documents and correspondence
• Work with clients on deal structuring and execution

What they're looking for:

• Third-year law students or recent law school graduates
• Strong interest in corporate and real estate transactions
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bar admission in the state of employment

Compensation and benefits: $225,000 base salary, with eligibility for annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, 20 days vacation annually, 9 paid holidays, up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs.
