The work:

• Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
• Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets and holding structures
• Capital solutions within real estate context
• Complex M&A transactions with real estate components
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional deals
• Coordination with tax, finance, and corporate teams

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 4 years post-qualification as a solicitor or barrister
