A leading global law firm is seeking corporate M&A associates with 2-5 years of law firm experience to join their transaction team in New York.

The work:

• Represent clients in private and public company mergers and acquisitions
• Advise on takeover defense strategies and shareholder activism matters
• Manage transaction processes from initial diligence through closing
• Work across diverse industries and transaction sizes

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of direct law firm M&A experience with substantial deal involvement
• Deep knowledge of corporate transaction structures and standard market terms
• Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
• Excellent law school credentials and academic performance

Compensation in the $235,000-$390,000 range annually.
