The firm earned 2022 Technology M&A Law Firm of the Year recognition and ranks highly with Chambers USA and The Legal 500 for middle-market M&A. The practice has completed over $750 billion in transactions.

The work:

• Handle mergers and acquisitions for technology and life sciences companies
• Support transactions from early-stage startups through publicly traded corporations
• Represent strategic acquirers in acquisition programs
• Advise on high-value exits and corporate transactions

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading law firm
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Superior academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences sectors
• Barred in applicable state or eligible to waive in
