Corporate M&A Associate, Dallas · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 firm is hiring a mid-level associate to join its Dallas M&A team. You'll work on transactions across the market, from founder-led acquisitions to private equity-backed deals and securities offerings.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate transaction agreements and closing documents
• Coordinate due diligence activities and manage document production
• Work with financial sponsors, founders, and institutional investors on acquisitions and sales
• Handle securities compliance for public and private offerings
• Own key transaction segments from initial structuring through close

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of M&A, private equity, or corporate finance experience
• Strong grasp of transaction documentation and deal mechanics
• Texas bar membership (currently active)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate deal teams and manage workflows
• Interest in private equity work

Compensation: $235K–$365K range, plus standard firm benefits.
