Corporate M&A Associate, Dallas · Am Law 100 Firm

Am Law 100 firm seeking mid-level corporate associate for Dallas office. You'll work on M&A transactions and capital structures for private equity funds and sponsored companies, leading deals from inception through closing and advising on corporate governance, debt offerings, and equity issuances.

The work:

• M&A transactions from inception to closing
• Capital raises and debt/securities offerings
• Operating and partnership agreements for PE funds
• Portfolio company governance and advisory work
• Equity issuances in conjunction with M&A
• Cross-practice collaboration and junior associate mentoring

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of corporate law experience, ideally in PE/M&A
• Proven ability to draft transaction documents and lead negotiations
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Texas bar admission
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
• Interest in professional development and community engagement
