Mid-level M&A role with real transaction leadership. You will own significant deal workstreams from origination through close, handling public and private company transactions. Work includes drafting and negotiating principal documents, managing timelines, coordinating across legal groups, and mentoring junior associates. Beyond M&A, you'll advise on corporate governance and routine business matters. The firm's resources and client relationships support sophisticated transactions, and partners collaborate closely with clients on business strategy alongside legal execution.

The work:

• Lead M&A transactions from concept to closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Manage deal logistics and cross-practice coordination
• Develop and supervise junior associates
• Advise on corporate governance and capital structure
• Serve both public and private company clients

What they're looking for:

• 5–7 years of corporate transactional or M&A experience
• Ability to lead deal workstreams independently
• Experience managing and mentoring junior associates
• Track record with both public and private clients
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills
