An AmLaw 10 firm's Corporate team seeks an Associate with 3-4 years of life sciences transactional experience. You'll draft and negotiate licensing, collaboration, and supply agreements for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate licensing agreements and strategic transactions
• Conduct legal research supporting transaction strategy
• Manage transactions from inception through closing
• Work collaboratively on complex deal structures
• Interact directly with clients

What they're looking for:

• JD from accredited law school
• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience in life sciences
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Admitted to practice in Philadelphia or Washington, D.C.

Compensation is $260K-$365K based on experience and market. Hybrid arrangement with regular office presence.
