Corporate - Healthcare Regulatory Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 5 Firm

A Vault Top 5 global law firm seeks an experienced healthcare regulatory associate for its corporate practice. Based in one of five U.S. locations (Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.), you'll counsel healthcare and life sciences companies on complex regulatory matters spanning M&A transactions, compliance strategy, and government affairs.

The work:

• Advising healthcare and life sciences companies on reimbursement strategies and government pricing for new products
• Conducting regulatory due diligence for healthcare M&A and capital markets transactions
• Developing and implementing fraud and abuse compliance programs for healthcare providers
• Drafting and negotiating service agreements with healthcare providers, payors, and vendors
• Advising on data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology regulatory issues

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience
• Strong expertise in reimbursement compliance and transactional due diligence
• Proven analytical and writing skills
• Fraud and abuse counseling and compliance experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
