Corporate Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · National Finance Firm

A major national law firm is recruiting finance-focused attorneys for its corporate practice across multiple locations. The focus is on transaction-based work: structuring and documenting corporate lending deals, from origination through closing, encompassing traditional term loans, asset-based lending, and real estate debt arrangements. You'll serve a client base of institutional financial players, middle-market borrowers, and financial sponsors.

The work:

• Structure, document, and negotiate lending transactions and related agreements
• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews for borrowers and lenders
• Review and advise on loan covenants and borrower compliance obligations
• Lead and coordinate due diligence investigations across multiple workstreams
• Support institutional clients, large private companies, and investment firms on their financing matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years working in corporate lending, financial services, or loan transactions
• Strong legal writing and communication abilities
• Competitive academic record
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
• Bar admission for one of the available office locations
• First-year salary $180K-$315K, plus performance and discretionary bonuses
