Corporate Debt Associate, Los Angeles and New York · Vault Top 30 Firm

Vault Top 30 firm seeks finance associate for its corporate debt practice in Los Angeles and New York. The role focuses on syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance matters across multiple transaction types. You'll represent borrowers on asset-based and cash flow credit facilities for both private equity-backed and independent companies. Exposure to debt capital markets instruments is typical.

The work:
