Corporate and business transactions role handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate governance matters, and venture finance. Securities matters including offerings, compliance, and stock exchange listings are also part of the work.

The work:

• Advising on M&A transactions and private equity investments
• Assisting with corporate governance and general corporate matters
• Counseling on venture finance and early-stage companies
• Supporting federal securities law matters
• Advising on securities offerings and exchange compliance

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of law firm experience
• Strong academics
• New Jersey bar membership
• M&A and private equity background valued
• Securities law experience a plus
