A top-tier national law firm seeks entry-level associates for its Pittsburgh corporate and business transactions practice. Newly graduated lawyers will work on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets transactions.

The work:

• Work on M&A transactions and acquisitions
• Support private equity transactions and portfolio company matters
• Assist with venture capital financings and emerging company representation
• Contribute to capital markets transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex corporate matters
