• M&A transactions involving emerging growth companies
• Day-to-day corporate advisory for portfolio companies
• Legal research, documentation drafting, and transaction management
• Client relationship development and deal execution

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of venture capital financing experience
• Background representing both institutional investors and issuers
• M&A transaction experience
• JD from accredited law school; admitted to practice in DC or Virginia
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions independently
