A Vault Top 10 global corporate firm is seeking a corporate associate for its Silicon Valley office to work on venture capital and emerging growth company financings. The role offers direct client engagement, meaningful transaction responsibility, and compensation in the $260k to $495k range depending on experience level.

The work:

• Structure and negotiate venture capital and growth equity financings from both company and investor perspectives
• Advise private companies on corporate matters and strategic transactions
• Draft transaction documents and manage deal processes with senior attorneys
• Develop client relationships and build expertise across the venture and emerging growth portfolio

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of corporate law experience at a large or sophisticated mid-market firm
• Demonstrated expertise in venture capital and growth equity financings
