Corporate Associate, Seattle · AmLaw 100 Firm

Top-tier AmLaw 100 firm seeking a corporate associate for its Seattle office. You'll work on M&A transactions and venture capital financings, managing deals through closing and developing client relationships throughout the process.

The work:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction strategy
• Draft contracts, transaction documents, and legal correspondence
• Manage transactions from inception through closing
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates and advice
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on deal strategy and execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of corporate law experience with M&A and venture capital focus
• Prior experience at a top AmLaw firm preferred
• JD from a nationally-ranked law school
• Admitted to practice in Washington state
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
