Corporate Associate, San Francisco and New York · Leading Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Firm

Join a leading Latin America and U.S. venture capital practice as a junior corporate associate. You'll work on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters alongside entrepreneurs building technology businesses and the venture capital funds investing in them. Expect significant client exposure and early responsibility on active matters.

The work:

• Venture capital financings and emerging company transactions
• Mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters
• Representation of technology entrepreneurs and emerging companies
• Work with venture capital investment funds
• Direct client contact with founders and investors

What they're looking for:

• JD from 2024-2025 or LLM degree
• Prior work experience in Latin America preferred
• Emerging companies and venture capital financing experience strongly preferred
• Admission to California and/or New York bar
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Salary range: $225,000–$235,000
