Join a leading Latin America and U.S. venture capital practice as a mid-level corporate associate. You'll work on sophisticated transactions involving emerging companies, venture capital financings, growth equity, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border Latin American deals. The role offers substantial client contact from day one and significant responsibility on high-profile matters.

The work:

• Corporate transactions with emerging technology companies and venture-backed founders
• Venture capital financings, growth equity, and private equity investments
• Mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters
• Cross-border Latin American and U.S. transactions
• Direct client contact and deal leadership responsibilities

What they're looking for:

• JD from 2020-2021 or LLM degree
• Prior large law firm experience; white-shoe background a plus
• Demonstrated experience with M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Track record advising on Latin American transactions
• Admission to New York and/or California bar
• Working proficiency in Spanish
• Salary range: $365,000–$390,000
