AmLaw 100 firm seeking associate for growing corporate team in Philadelphia. The practice focuses on M&A transactions for privately and publicly held companies, with emphasis on drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements. The role requires strong foundational experience at a comparable firm and ability to deliver immediately.

The work:

• Handling M&A transactions from planning through closing
• Drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
• Conducting legal research to support transaction strategy and planning
• Managing transaction logistics and maintaining active client relationships
• Collaborating on deal structures and client service

What they're looking for:

• 2–5 years of corporate experience at an AmLaw firm
• Demonstrated M&A background, particularly with acquisition agreement work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Pennsylvania

Compensation: $235,000–$365,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package included.
