Corporate Associate, New York · Vault Top Firm

A Vault-ranked corporate firm with significant presence across major US markets seeks an experienced associate to join its fund formation and investment management group in New York. You'll work with private equity sponsors and institutional investors on the full lifecycle of private investment fund operations.

The work:

• Counsel sponsors on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance
• Handle documentation for fund operations and investor management
• Provide legal advice on regulatory requirements and compliance matters
• Work directly with partners and clients on complex fund structures
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of substantive fund formation experience at a law firm
• Admitted or admissible to the New York bar
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and high-priority matters independently and collaboratively
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
