This Vault Top 10 law firm seeks associates for its fund finance and structured capital practice in New York. The group advises sponsors and investment funds on capital structures, fund formation, and complex financing transactions. Associates work directly with experienced practitioners on sponsor-side matters, developing client relationships and substantive deal experience. The role provides training in fund finance practice.

The work:

• Fund finance and structured capital transactions
• Sponsor-side advisory on capital raising and fund structuring
• Direct client interaction and relationship development
• Financing structures and capital markets transactions
• Exposure to market-leading transactions

Compensation range: $365,000-$435,000 annually, plus benefits including health care, retirement, paid leave, and discretionary bonuses.
