Corporate Associate, New York and Boston · Leading Corporate & Finance Firm

A leading corporate law team seeks a mid-level associate to join its practice in New York or Boston. You'll work on complex corporate transactions and capital markets matters for a range of clients: early-stage companies, public corporations, private equity investors, and financial institutions.

The work:

• M&A transactions, equity financings, and venture capital investments
• Corporate governance and securities matters
• Capital markets advisory
• Representation across technology, life sciences, and other sectors

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of corporate law experience in a law firm environment
• Demonstrated success handling transactional work
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Bar admission in New York or Massachusetts
