Corporate Associate, Miami · Vault Top-Tier Firm

Corporate attorney role at a Vault top-tier firm serving emerging and high-growth companies. The practice represents private companies through growth capital, M&A, and corporate matters. The group has particular strength in technology and life sciences sectors.

The work:

• Representing companies in venture capital, growth equity, and other financings
• Managing mergers and acquisitions for established and emerging companies
• Advising on corporate structuring, governance, and general corporate matters
• Drafting transaction documents and supporting deal execution from structure through closing

What they're looking for:

• 1st-3rd year associate with experience in corporate finance and M&A
• Track record representing private companies in growth-stage transactions
• Training at a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Passion for technology, life sciences, and emerging company sectors
