The seat covers startup and growth-company representation, financings, and the general corporate needs of founders and investors. The work:

• Represent startups and their investors across seed and venture financings
• Draft and negotiate the corporate documents behind formation, equity grants, and convertible instruments
• Handle general corporate matters for growth-stage companies, including governance and commercial contracts
• Support acquisitions and exits as portfolio companies mature

What they're looking for:

• Roughly three to five years of corporate or emerging-companies experience
• Comfort running deals and client relationships with limited supervision
• Interest in the venture ecosystem and the founder side of the practice
