Corporate Associate (M&A), Multiple US Locations · AmLaw 100 Corporate Firm

This AmLaw 100 corporate firm is recruiting a corporate associate for its M&A practice, with openings across multiple US offices. You'll advise clients on significant acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions.

The work:

• Lead due diligence on acquisitions, carve-outs, and other corporate transactions
• Draft purchase agreements, ancillary documentation, and closing materials
• Manage teams of junior associates and coordinate with external specialists
• Advise clients on transaction structure, corporate governance, and related compliance
• Work across diverse client bases including private equity funds, financial institutions, and public companies

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience with substantial M&A transaction background
• Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence teams and manage junior staff
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
• JD from accredited law school and state bar admission required
