Corporate Associate - M&A, Multiple US Locations · Am Law 100 Firm

An Am Law 100 firm with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York seeks M&A associates across multiple locations. The firm handles national and international transactions for clients in manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, energy, and financial services. You'll lead deals while taking primary responsibility for key transaction documents and managing deal execution.

The work:

• Lead M&A deals from inception to closing, with primary responsibility for key transaction documents
• Work on private equity transactions and complex restructurings
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel across matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of law firm experience in M&A and related transactions
• Ability to lead deals and manage transaction documents
• Capacity to handle multiple concurrent deals
• Strong communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Comfort in collaborative, cross-border environments
• 3 days per week in-office presence
