The work:

• Equity financing transactions and IPO representations
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Public company SEC compliance and reporting
• Corporate governance advising
• Multi-jurisdictional transactions

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience
• Background in public company work and registered securities offerings
• M&A transaction experience
