The work:

• Early-stage company formation and corporate governance
• Fundraising across angel, seed, venture, and growth capital rounds
• Structured financing including equity, debt, warrants, and convertible securities
• Public company transitions via IPO, direct listing, or alternative structures
• Mergers, acquisitions, and strategic liquidity planning
• International transactions leveraging the firm's global platform

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of transactional experience with emerging companies or venture/growth capital
• Strong background in venture capital financings and equity structures
• Deep understanding of startup dynamics and investor expectations
• Excellent commercial judgment and deal drafting skills
• Law degree from accredited school with strong academic credentials
• Ability to work effectively with founders and fast-moving company environments
