Corporate Associate, Denver · Top-tier Law Firm

A top-tier law firm seeks a corporate associate for its Denver office, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets work. The role emphasizes transaction execution across private equity M&A, public company securities offerings, and related transactional matters. You'll own deals from negotiation through closing, managing complex documents and client expectations.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating definitive transaction agreements for acquisitions and securities offerings
• Advising private equity sponsors and public companies on deal structure and regulatory compliance
• Managing all-hands deal coordination including diligence, closing mechanics, and post-closing integration
• Developing and mentoring junior attorneys, particularly on document drafting

What they're looking for:

• 2-6 years of law firm experience with at least 2 years in transactional work
• Demonstrated excellence in M&A or capital markets transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently and supervise junior staff
