Corporate Associate, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus · Top-Tier Global Firm

Join a top-tier global corporate practice as a mid-to-senior associate. This role is based in one of three Ohio offices (Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus) and offers significant responsibility on complex transactional matters for key clients. You'll work with a growing team handling corporate work across multiple practice areas.

The work:

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
• Manage cross-border deal structures and complex negotiations
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate transaction teams across jurisdictions
• Draft and negotiate agreements, including purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Support capital markets and securities offerings
• Counsel on corporate governance and transaction strategy

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, securities, joint ventures, or cross-border work
• Strong track record drafting transaction agreements and managing deal teams
• Ability to coordinate domestic and cross-border transaction work
• Excellent commercial judgment and communication skills
• Capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Ohio Bar admission in good standing
