A global law firm's Corporate practice advises on sophisticated transactional matters for clients, including cross-border transactions and complex deals.

The work:

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters
• Manage transaction execution, due diligence coordination, and data room management
• Draft purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions
• Coordinate transaction teams including domestic and cross-border arrangements
• Advise on capital markets, debt finance, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of law firm experience in M&A, securities, and corporate transactional matters
• Demonstrated ability to draft principal and ancillary transaction documents
• Experience with cross-border transactions, auctions, and carve-outs
• Proven track record managing due diligence and coordinating transaction teams
• Strong analytical skills, judgment, and ability to prioritize multiple matters
• JD from accredited law school; admitted to Ohio bar in good standing
