An AmLaw 100 firm's Chicago office is recruiting an entry-level corporate associate starting Fall 2027 after law school completion and bar passage. The role involves mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financings, and public capital markets work alongside experienced partners.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for M&A and PE deals
• Venture capital financing and formation matters
• Capital markets offerings and SEC compliance
• Due diligence analysis and legal support
• Corporate documentation and closing work

• Excellent writing and analytical skills

• Demonstrated organizational ability
• Illinois bar admission

Starting salary: $225,000.
