Corporate Associate, Austin · Premier Venture Capital Firm

A premier venture capital and emerging companies firm seeks a junior corporate associate for its Austin office. You'll work with startups and growth-stage companies in the venture and private equity ecosystem, handling seed and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and initial public offerings.

• Venture capital and seed financing transactions
• Emerging growth company matters and structuring
• Growth and private equity transactions
• Mergers and acquisitions work
• Initial public offerings and underwriting matters
• Client engagement with startup and growth-stage companies

What they're looking for:

• 2024-2025 law school graduates
• Prior large law firm experience required
• Background with growth or private equity a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Texas bar admission preferred
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
