Corporate Associate, Austin · Leading Venture Capital Firm

A leading venture capital and emerging growth firm is hiring a corporate associate for its Austin office. You'll work with dynamic startup and early-stage companies across their full lifecycle, from formation and early financings through growth stages and M&A.

The work:

• Venture capital financings including seed stage and growth rounds
• Mergers and acquisitions for emerging growth companies
• Private equity and growth equity investment transactions
• Securities matters and public offerings
• General corporate matters for emerging companies

What they're looking for:

• 4-5 years of corporate law experience at a major law firm
• Prior experience with venture capital or growth equity transactions preferred
• Texas bar admission preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Team-oriented and committed to supporting emerging companies
